Supported File Types

Images

• PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, SVG
• Maximum size: 4.5MB per file
• Best for: Screenshots, mockups, design references

Documents

• PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, RTF, TXT, MD
• Maximum size: 4.5MB per file
• Best for: Specifications, requirements, reference material, spreadsheets

Adding Attachments

Drag and Drop

Simply drag files onto the ticket form to attach them.

Click to Upload

Click the attachment button and select files from your computer.

Paste from Clipboard

Press Ctrl/Cmd + V to paste images directly from your clipboard.

Best Practices

Screenshots

• Capture the relevant area, not the entire screen
• Annotate to highlight specific elements
• Include error messages if reporting bugs
• Show both current state and expected state when possible

Mockups

• Use design tools like Figma, Sketch, or even hand-drawn sketches
• Include dimensions or spacing notes if important
• Show responsive variations if relevant
• Export at reasonable resolution (2x is usually sufficient)

Documents

• Keep documents focused and concise
• Highlight the most important sections
• Use Markdown for structured content

AI Image Analysis

When you attach images, AI can analyze them to understand:

• UI layouts and component structures
• Color schemes and styling
• Text content in the image
• Error messages and console output

Managing Attachments

After uploading, you can:

• Preview — Click to view full-size
• Reorder — Drag to change order
• Delete — Remove unwanted attachments
