How does billing work?
TurtleApps uses a monthly subscription model. You're billed on the same date each month based on when you first subscribed. All plans include a set number of AI tickets.
What are AI tickets?
AI tickets represent the number of tasks you can submit to TurtleApps each month. Each ticket is one feature request, bug fix, or change that the AI implements. Unused tickets don't roll over to the next month.

Small changes and large features both use one ticket. Batch related changes together for the most efficient use of your tickets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- iDEAL (Netherlands)
- SEPA Direct Debit (Europe)
- PayPal
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans are available with a discount. Contact sales or check your billing settings to switch to annual billing.
What happens if I run out of tickets?
If you use all your monthly tickets, you have options:
- Wait for your next billing cycle when tickets reset
- Purchase an additional ticket pack
- Upgrade to a higher plan with more tickets
Can I buy more tickets?
Yes! Ticket packs are available for purchase anytime. Go to Settings → Billing → Buy Tickets to add more to your account.

Purchased ticket packs don't expire at the end of the month — use them anytime as long as your account is active.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes! We offer special pricing for registered nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact sales@turtleapps.io with proof of status to apply.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime
Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Billing History. You can download PDF invoices for accounting and expense purposes.
I was charged incorrectly. What do I do?
Contact our support team at support@turtleapps.io with your invoice number. We'll investigate and resolve billing issues within 48 hours.
