TurtleApps supports multiple payment methods for your convenience. Manage your payment options securely from your account settings.

Supported Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • iDEAL — For customers in the Netherlands
  • SEPA Direct Debit — For European bank accounts
  • PayPal — Link your PayPal account

Adding a Payment Method

To add a new payment method:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Payment Methods"
  3. Click "Add Payment Method"
  4. Choose your preferred method and enter details
  5. Verify if required (some methods need verification)

💡Default Payment Method

The first payment method you add becomes your default. You can change your default at any time by clicking "Set as Default" next to any payment method.

Managing Payment Methods

Changing Your Default

Click "Set as Default" next to any saved payment method to use it for future charges.

Removing a Payment Method

Click the trash icon to remove a saved payment method. Note: You cannot remove your only payment method while on a paid plan.

Updating Card Details

If your card expires or details change, add the new card and remove the old one. You cannot edit existing card details directly.

⚠️Expiring Cards

We'll notify you 30 days before your card expires. Update your payment method before expiration to avoid service interruption.

Payment Security

Your payment information is secure:

  • All payments processed via Stripe
  • PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant
  • Card numbers are never stored on our servers
  • All connections encrypted with TLS 1.3
