Upgraden & Downgraden

Hoe je je abonnement wijzigt en wat er met je data gebeurt.

Changing your TurtleApps plan is simple and takes effect immediately. Here's everything you need to know about upgrading or downgrading your subscription.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher tier plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • New features are available immediately
  • You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Additional ticket quota is added to your account
  • Team member limits are increased instantly

Prorated Billing

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Your regular billing date stays the same.

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower tier plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • Change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You keep full access until then
  • Unused tickets don't carry over
  • You may need to adjust team members if exceeding new limits

⚠️Before You Downgrade

Make sure your usage fits within the new plan's limits. Check your project count, team size, and ticket usage before confirming a downgrade.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings.

What happens to my data when downgrading?

Your data is never deleted. However, you may lose access to certain features until you upgrade again.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel or change at any time.
